The Pillows performing Sono Mirai wa Ima at the 2005 Rising Sun Rock Festival.
Memorable moments include Manabe screwing up a fair chunk of his guitar solo.
A "rockumentary" I made for Modes class on local band Mannix!, specifically the drummer. The restrictions on the project meant I could only use footage and sound I had recorded live when I was shooting, with specific equipment provided by the university, hence the low quality. Also, YouTube compresses the crap out of videos.
Caesar's Palace (now just Caesars) performing one of their earliest songs, Born Cool, live at Hultsfred in 2000. Sounds different from their later stuff, doesn't it?
We tested the camera before shooting the footage for our short instructional film by taping random objects, then we taped over that. Looking back at the shots we'd taken, it looked like some wierd disjointed art film. I laughed so hard I cried. This is that.
Scrapped footage from a project for a film class. The sound was to be replaced with the sounds of a fighting game, so I told them they could say whatever they pleased while pretending to argue over the game. They were...creative about it.
Project for film production class. We had to have 60 seconds of uncut video footage and a desynchronized audio track recorded separately. Shot in an empty parking ramp.
A very short film made for a skit for Japanese class. In the skit, one character is trying to haggle on the price of a mysterious antique lamp. The shopkeeper claims that it's no ordinary lamp, and shows this educational film to demonstrate the lamp's value.
